Refund Policy

At The Way to Your Healing, all of our offerings — including energy healing sessions, intuitive consultations, and digital products — are delivered with sacred intention, spiritual integrity, and deep energetic presence. Due to the personal and energetic nature of our work, we maintain a clear and respectful refund policy as outlined below.
1. No Refunds on Healing Sessions
All bookings for healing sessions, energy work, and spiritual consultations are final and non-refundable. These services involve the creation of a sacred space held specifically for your energetic field and healing intention.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Cancellations after purchase
- Late arrivals
- Missed appointments (no-shows)
- Perceived lack of results
Every session is guided by divine wisdom and may continue to support you in unseen ways, even beyond the time of delivery.
2. No Refunds on Digital Products
All current and future digital offerings — such as eBooks, video sessions, meditations, guides, and other downloadable tools — are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature. Once the product is delivered or made available, the sale is considered final.
Please review all product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
3. Rescheduling Policy
We do not offer refunds, but you may request to reschedule a session by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be accommodated, as time and energy are reserved specifically for your healing.
4. Accuracy of Email Address (Very Important)
Your email address is the key to receiving your healing.
Please ensure that your email is entered correctly at checkout. All communication, service coordination, and video access are provided exclusively via the email address you submit.
We are not responsible for missed access due to incorrect, inactive, or misspelled email addresses. Such cases are not eligible for a refund.
